Shipping Policy
Shipping worldwide is $2 for orders
totaling less than $15, free for orders of $15 or more. If you have a mailing
address, we will ship to you.
We are a small company and create all of our products in-house, so we ask that
you please allow up to 14 days for your order to be filled. Orders are filled in
the order that they are received.
Orders shipping within the US are
shipped from our shop daily. When your order is filled, you will receive an
email to your Paypal provided email address with a tracking number. Most
domestic orders are shipped using first class mail and should arrive within 2-5
days of being shipped. If you have not received shipping notification 14 days
after your payment was completed, please email us with your transaction or
receipt ID number and we will look into it. If your USPS tracking information
has not updated 7 days after the order was scheduled to ship, please email us
with your transaction or receipt ID number and we will look into it.
Orders shipping outside of the US are
filled daily, but shipped only on Fridays when we make a trip to the post
office. If you have not received shipping notification 14 days after your
payment was completed, please email us with your transaction or receipt ID
number and we will look into it. USPS now requires that all international orders
have a customs form attached, but we mark all packages as 'gift' and mark the
value as low as reasonably possible. Any customs charges incurred are the
responsibility of the buyer. Though customs forms are attached, they are not
used for tracking packages, except to be scanned as received when we ship them.
Because of this, tracking is not available for international orders. Most
international orders arrive within 14 days of shipment, but because
international delivery times vary, we ask that you please allow up to 8 weeks
from the shipping date for delivery. If you have not received your order 8 weeks
after it shipped, please email us with your transaction or receipt ID number and
we will look into it.
*IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE*
*Orders to
the Philippines and Malaysia*
are no longer guaranteed unless Priority shipping is used
(as of 7/29/2008). This means if you select standard shipping to
one of these countries and your order does not arrive, you
will not be offered a refund or have your order
reshipped. We apologize for the inconvenience, but the postal
service in these countries is too unreliable and too many
packages are never arriving. If the problem persists, we will be
forced to discontinue shipping to these countries.
*Other countries may be added if
they are determined to have unreliable postal delivery.
Tracking numbers are not available for international orders. On
Priority packages, customs forms are used, but tend not to be
utilized by the postal service as a means of tracking.
